THE ROLE

The Sr. Project Manager will lead a team of creative individuals and partner with account management to internally manage assigned projects from concept through launch. Strong communication will leverage your ability to bring clarity throughout the creative process and ensure seamless execution of both print and interactive tactics. You will ensure deadlines, budgets, and client expectations are being met. This role is meant for the detail-oriented and energetic go-getters.


 
 THE DAILY
  • Work with assigned team members to convert our ideas into campaigns and pull through to print and digital mediums
  • Liaise with cross-functional team of account directors, copywriters, strategist, art directors, production and developers to fulfill client requests and expectations
  • Develop critical issues documents; update and change as needed, communicate changes to client service leads for discussions with client
  • Manage and build strong partnerships with vendors
  • Prepare comprehensive project scopes (deliverables, schedules, budgets, etc.)
  • Ensure all deadlines and budgets are met – comfort with quick turn-arounds
  • Mentor staff through effective coaching, team building, goal setting, and professional development
  • Support and/or lead team or agency initiatives as assigned



THE MUST HAVES
  • 5-7 years’ related experience to print and campaign management, preferably in Retail
  • Proactive, highly resourceful problem solver and quick learner
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in digital delivery, including video, apps, kiosks, and websites
  • Ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment
  • Open to feedback, with an ability to inspire, support and understand people
  • Track record of strong time management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Flawless communication and presentation skills, verbal and written
  • Flexible schedule to travel on-site for projects – roughly 15% of the time
  • Bachelor’s degree required
